We ship Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Harrisburg, Pa. Free and Economy Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Priority Shipping takes 2-5 business days. We use the USPS and Ship with Delivery confirmation. When the package is shipped a email is issued containing the tracking number.

What is your return policy?
At Havanah’s Bliss, your satisfaction with our products is the number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return for a exchange or refund we only accept warmers new that have not been used. Within 30 days of initial purchase.
- All orders that require a replacement or refund due to being damaged in shipment require a picture verification.
- If the warmer arrives damaged or broken the reshipment is at no charge.
- Warmers not damaged and request a exchange the customer return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. If a replacement is requested we will cover the reshipment.
- If a package has been marked as delivered and not received the customer is required to submit a claim to the USPS claims department prior to a refund or reshipment.

- The candle melts and personal care products are not accepted due to the nature of the products. Please confirm your requested items within your order prior to ordering. If the warmer arrives damaged or broken return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. If a replacement is requested we will cover the reshipment.
